Honored to be selected among 20 women to share revealing stories in an anthology about racism and being a BLACK woman in corporate America. These heartfelt stories are being told by extraordinary women who are mothers, grandmothers, sisters, daughters, aunts, and friends. We have conquered challenges in our personal and professional lives and yet we still RISE.
As a co-author my personal story focuses on Black Roadblocks which is when people who look like you choose to betray you to avoid being unpopular to gain an advantage.
